We collect personal data to provide better service to our valued customers and to continuously improve the user experience on the websites and online shops as well as in NEUGEL DIVISIONS apps. NEUGEL DIVISIONS always adheres to applicable data protection laws when handling your personal data. This privacy policy provides you with a clear overview of when and for what purposes NEUGEL DIVISIONS collects data about you when you visit the websites or stores or use NEUGEL DIVISIONS apps, and how NEUGEL DIVISIONS uses the data you provide. We also explain to whom personal data is passed on and what choices and legal rights you have when processing your personal data.

Neugel Divisions AG, Gian-Andri Neugel, Schäppi-Naefstrasse 1, 8942 Oberrieden
If you have further questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact our data protection officer directly, who is also available for information requests, applications or complaints.
Due to the further development of our website or the implementation of new technologies, it is necessary to adapt, supplement or change the terms of use of the website, the present data protection regulations or the general terms and conditions of the online shop. With each new visit to the website, the current, retrievable versions apply. Please visit this page regularly to view the current provisions. Should we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will inform you of this in a notice on our websites and/or in our mobile apps, as well as by an updated version of the privacy policy. If you do not agree with the changed provisions, we ask you to object in writing by email to contact@face-shop.ch and to delete your user profile, if you have created one, before the changes come into effect. Without your unsubscription, your user profile will continue to exist after the changes come into effect, applying the changed provisions.
Should any contradictions arise between these data protection regulations and the otherwise applicable contractual or business conditions of NEUGEL DIVISIONS, the provisions of this privacy policy shall take precedence.
By visiting the NEUGEL DIVISIONS website, you agree that information will be collected and used as described in this privacy policy.
2) Protection of personal data
NEUGEL DIVISIONS uses data networks protected by industry-standard firewalls and password systems, among others, to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected. When handling your personal data, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
For our NEUGEL DIVISIONS websites, we use encryption techniques (SSL or TLS encryption) for security reasons and to protect your personal data and other confidential content. You can recognize the encryption of the website in the browser line by the "https://" and the lock symbol.
3) Type of personal data collected
The term "personal data" in the sense of this privacy policy includes information by which you can be personally identified.
The processing of personal data refers to any handling of your personal data, such as collecting, using, storing, disclosing, transmitting or deleting the data.
NEUGEL DIVISIONS automatically collects personal data when you interact with and use our websites, online shops or apps. On the other hand, personal data that you provide (e.g. by contacting us, creating a user profile or customer account) is collected automatically or manually. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.
3.1 Data that is collected automatically
NEUGEL DIVISIONS collects personal data when you use our websites, online shops or apps without registering or actively transmitting information.
- Websites:
Your browser transmits data to us when you visit a NEUGEL DIVISIONS website. The data is also stored in our system's log files. This data is not stored together with other personal data. The following data is collected: - which NEUGEL DIVISIONS website is visited;
- number of visits and date, time and duration of the visit;
- source or referrer, from which page the page is accessed;
- device and browser information (operating system, browser type and version, etc.);
- IP address used.
Storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data serves to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of data collection for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. In the case of storing data in log files, this is the case after one month at the latest. Further storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user has no possibility to object.

NEUGEL DIVISIONS deletes comments if they are objected to as illegal by third parties.
You are free to subscribe to replies to your comment or follow-up comments. To activate the subscription, you will receive a confirmation email to ensure that you are the owner of the email address provided (so-called double opt-in procedure). The ongoing comment subscription can be switched off at any time with effect for the future. Further information on how to unsubscribe can be found in the confirmation email or on the NEUGEL DIVISIONS website.
4.7 Marketing activities and events
NEUGEL DIVISIONS processes your personal data and that of other persons, where permitted and deemed appropriate by us, also for the following purposes, in which we (and sometimes third parties) have a legitimate interest corresponding to the purpose:

NEUGEL DIVISIONS cooperates with other companies or individuals or commissions other companies or individuals to process and store data. If companies perform services for NEUGEL DIVISIONS, these companies may not use your personal information for purposes other than those clearly defined by us or required by law, and this is ensured by us through written contracts. NEUGEL DIVISIONS discloses your data to third parties in the cases delimited below.
5.1 Terms of Use and Security
NEUGEL DIVISIONS discloses your data to third parties

- to enforce the NEUGEL DIVISIONS terms of use you have accepted or other applicable provisions;
- if NEUGEL DIVISIONS is legally obliged to disclose them or in the context of legal proceedings (court order or order from an enforcement authority, etc.).
5.2 Order processing and credit checks
Your data is transferred by NEUGEL DIVISIONS,
- when companies perform services for NEUGEL DIVISIONS, such as package delivery, payment processing and customer service, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods/services.
- Shipping and delivery of packages can be carried out by a shipping service provider such as Swiss Post, DHL (Deutsche Post AG), DPD (DPD Deutschland GmbH), UPS (United Parcel Service Deutschland Inc. & Co), etc.
- Your email address will be forwarded before the delivery of the goods for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date or for delivery notification, provided that you have given your express consent to this in the order process. Otherwise, only the recipient's name and delivery address will be forwarded to the shipping service provider for the purpose of delivery. The forwarding only takes place insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. In this case, a prior coordination of the delivery date with the shipping service provider or the transmission of status information about the shipment delivery is not possible. Your consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future towards the controller (see section 1 above) or towards the transport service provider.
- if this is necessary for payment processing, payment data will be passed on to the commissioned credit institution within the framework of payment processing. The transfer only takes place insofar as this is necessary for payment processing.
- For credit card payments, your payment data will be processed by the following payment solutions:
- PowerPay, MFGroup.
- For payments via PayPal, we pass on your payment data within the framework of payment processing to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). Further information on the handling of your personal data can be found in PayPal's privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full
- to safeguard the legitimate interest in determining the creditworthiness of our customers and to prevent fraud and other abusive uses in connection with payments. In such cases, NEUGEL DIVISIONS, especially if NEUGEL DIVISIONS provides services in advance (e.g. delivery on account), as well as the involved credit institutions reserve the right to check payment transactions or carry out a credit check. For this purpose, internal and external sources of information are used or passed on to credit agencies. If there is a suspicion of abusive actions and/or such are detected, NEUGEL DIVISIONS also reserves the right to pass on the corresponding information (including personal data) to other companies of the NEUGEL DIVISIONS Group, which can also check the data for their purposes.
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to the data controller or the credit institution, but NEUGEL DIVISIONS or the credit institution may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractually agreed payment processing.
5.3 Analysis and Marketing Activities
NEUGEL DIVISIONS shares your data with third parties
- to send direct marketing with your consent or for legitimate interests (see section 6 below);
- if you have not restricted the use of cookies when visiting the NEUGEL DIVISIONS website, NEUGEL DIVISIONS uses third-party analytics tools and services to carry out online marketing or web analytics (see section 7 below);
- if you ask NEUGEL DIVISIONS to share your personal data with third-party websites or platforms – such as social networking websites. Please note that after your personal data has been transferred to another company for marketing purposes, the data received by the other company will be subject to the other company's privacy practices (see section 8 below).
6) Use of personal data for direct marketing
6.1 Registration for the email newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to various email newsletters (e.g. about products, product news, job vacancies, etc.) from NEUGEL DIVISIONS by providing your email address in order to regularly receive information about our offers or vacant positions. Providing further details, e.g. first name and last name, is voluntary and is used to address you personally.
The newsletters will only be sent to you after you have provided your email address and clicked on the link in the confirmation email that will be sent to you (so-called double opt-in procedure). By activating the confirmation link, you give NEUGEL DIVISIONS your consent to the use of your personal data. For the purpose of traceability of your consent, NEUGEL DIVISIONS stores your IP address as well as the date and time of your consent.
Every email newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe from the distribution list. Alternatively, you can contact the data protection officer (see section 1). Your personal data will then be deleted, whereby further data use is reserved if this is permitted by law.
6.2 Sending of the email newsletter to existing customers
NEUGEL DIVISIONS is legally permitted to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range, such as those already purchased, by email without your explicit consent, if you have provided NEUGEL DIVISIONS with your email address when purchasing goods or services.
You are entitled to prohibit the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by confirming the link in the email, with which you can unsubscribe from the distribution list, or by notifying the data protection officer. After receipt of your objection, the use of your email address for advertising purposes will be stopped immediately.
7) Online marketing and web analysis services
The anonymized data, which are recorded when you visit our website by means of cookies, can be used for analysis purposes and for optimizing the website in connection with third-party services. This allows these third parties to collect personal data about NEUGEL DIVISIONS users to a limited extent, for example by recognizing them using their own cookies or logins.
NEUGEL DIVISIONS uses the following third-party services for online marketing and web analysis services:
- DoubleClick by Google;
- Google Analytics: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de
- Facebook Custom Audience ("Facebook Pixel"): https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/
Web analysis tools provide statistics and graphics that provide information about the use of our internet pages and the surfing behavior of our users. The data about the use of an internet page is transferred to the server used for this purpose. Depending on the provider of an online marketing or web analysis tool, these servers can be located abroad.
7.1 Google Tools
For the Google Analytics web analysis tool used, the collected data, including shortened IP addresses, are transmitted, which prevents the identification of individual devices.
The DoubleClick online marketing tool uses cookies to serve relevant ads to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. In addition, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser's website with the same browser and buys something there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the Google tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server. NEUGEL DIVISIONS has no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool.
Google complies with Swiss and EU data protection regulations and has registered with the US Department of Commerce for "Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield" and "EU-U.S. Privacy Shield" (for information on Privacy Shield, please visit https://www.privacyshield.gov). Google will only transfer this data to third parties due to legal requirements or within the scope of data processing on behalf of a controller.
To opt out of the analysis services' tracking process, you must adjust your browser settings to block corresponding cookies (see Section 3.1: Browser settings for cookie usage). You can permanently deactivate cookies for ad preferences by preventing them through a corresponding setting in your browser software or by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de
Further information on Google's data protection can be found in the provider's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
all functions of the website may no longer be fully available.
7.3 Facebook Tools (Facebook Audience, Facebook Pixel)
The Facebook pixel is an analytics tool that can measure the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook. It helps to understand what actions people take on the website. If express consent is given, it can track user behavior after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This process serves to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help optimize future advertising measures.
The data collected is anonymous for NEUGEL DIVISIONS, meaning it does not allow conclusions about the identity of users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, so a connection to the respective user profile is possible, and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook's Data Use Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can allow Facebook and its partners to display ads on and off Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes. These processing operations only take place if express consent is given.
Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the "Privacy Shield" data protection agreement between the USA-EU and USA-Switzerland, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in Switzerland and the EU.
To deactivate the use of cookies on your computer, you can set your internet browser so that no more cookies can be stored on your computer in the future, or already stored cookies are deleted. However, disabling all cookies may mean that some functions on our websites can no longer be performed. You can also deactivate the use of cookies by third-party providers such as Facebook on the Digital Advertising Alliance website at: http://www.aboutads.info/choices/
8) Use of Social Media: Social Media Plugins
8.1 "Single Sign-on" Procedure using Social Media Accounts
NEUGEL DIVISIONS may allow you to use your social network user account login data (e.g., Facebook or Google+) to create a customer account or for registration purposes. When social media plugins are used, personal data of users is forwarded to the social network providers.
If you access a NEUGEL DIVISIONS website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the corresponding social network. The content of the plugin is transmitted by the social network directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, the social network receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile with the corresponding social network or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of the social network and stored there.
8.1.1 Facebook Connect
If you have a Facebook profile and wish to log in to the NEUGEL DIVISIONS website with it, the "Facebook Connect" social plugin will be used for the single sign-on procedure. The "Facebook Connect" social plugin is operated by the social network Facebook, a company of Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook"). You can recognize the "Facebook Connect" social plugins on our website by the blue button with the Facebook logo and the inscription "Log in with Facebook" or "Connect with Facebook" or "Sign in with Facebook."
By using this "Facebook Connect" button on our website, you also have the option to log in or register on our website using your Facebook user data. Only if you give your express consent based on a corresponding notice about the exchange of data with Facebook before the login process, we will receive from Facebook, when using the "Facebook Connect" button, depending on your personally set privacy settings on Facebook, the general and publicly accessible information stored in your profile. This information includes your user ID, name, profile picture, age, and gender.
We point out that after changes to Facebook's privacy policy and terms of use, if consent is given, your profile pictures, user IDs of your friends, and friend list may also be transferred if these have been marked as "public" in your privacy settings on Facebook. The data transmitted by Facebook will be stored and processed by us to create a user account with the necessary data, if you have released it to Facebook for this purpose (salutation, first name, last name, address data, country, email address, date of birth). Conversely, based on your consent, data (e.g., information about your browsing or purchasing behavior) may be transferred from us to your Facebook profile.
Consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the data protection officer (see Section 1).
Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the "Privacy Shield" data protection agreement between the USA-EU and USA-Switzerland, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in Switzerland and the EU.
For information on the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's data protection notices: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php
If you do not want Facebook to directly associate the data collected via our website with your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Facebook plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g., with "Adblock Plus" (https://adblockplus.org/de/).
8.1.2 Google+ Sign-In
If you have a Google+ profile and wish to log in to the NEUGEL DIVISIONS website with it, the "Google+ Sign-In" social plugin will be used for the single sign-on procedure. The "Google+ Sign-In" social plugin is operated by the social network Google+, a company of Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google+"). You can recognize the "Google+ Sign-In" or "Register with Google" social plugins on our website by a red button with the Google+ logo and the inscription "Google Sign-In" or "Register with Google" or "Log in with Google" or "Sign in with G."
By using this Google+ button on our website, you also have the option to log in or register on our website using your Google+ user data. Only if you give your express consent based on a corresponding notice about the exchange of data with Google before the login process, we will receive from Google+, when using the Google+ button, depending on your personally set privacy settings on Google+, the general and publicly accessible information stored in your profile. This information includes your user ID, name, profile picture, age, and gender.
We point out that after changes to Google+'s privacy policy and terms of use, if consent is given, your profile pictures, user IDs of your friends, and friend list may also be transferred if these have been marked as "public" in your privacy settings on Google+. The data transmitted by Google+ will be stored and processed by us to create a user account with the necessary data, if you have released it to Google+ for this purpose (salutation, first name, last name, address data, country, email address, date of birth). Conversely, based on your consent, data (e.g., information about your browsing or purchasing behavior) may be transferred from us to your Google+ profile.
The given consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the data protection officer (see Section 1 above).
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the "Privacy Shield" data protection agreement between the US-EU and US-Switzerland, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in Switzerland and the EU.

8.2 Use of Social Media via "Social Media Plugins"
NEUGEL DIVISIONS may use social media plugins on the website, e.g., for social networks such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter, or Instagram. These platforms have their own data protection regulations, over which NEUGEL DIVISIONS has no influence.
To enhance the protection of your data when visiting the NEUGEL DIVISIONS website, two different mechanisms have been integrated:
- 2-Click Solution (Facebook, Google+, Twitter)
The social network plugins are initially deactivated and integrated into the page using a so-called "2-click" solution. Deactivated plugins appear pale or are grayed out. Deactivated plugins do not yet establish a connection with the social network servers. Only when you activate the plugins do you give your consent to the data transfer, whereby your browser establishes a direct connection to the social platform's servers. The content of the respective plugin is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the page. The plugin then transmits data (including your IP address) to the social network. NEUGEL DIVISIONS has no influence on the scope of data that the social network collects with the help of the plugins. Through the integration of the plugins, the social network also receives information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile with the corresponding social network or are not currently logged in. The collected information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of the social network and stored there. If you interact with the plugins, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a social network server and stored there. The information is also published in your profile on the social network and displayed there to your contacts. - Shariff Solution (LinkedIn, Instagram)
The buttons for the social networks LinkedIn and Instagram are integrated into the page using an HTML link. This type of integration ensures that when a page of our website containing such buttons is accessed, no connection to the social network's servers is yet established. If you click on the button, a new browser window opens and calls up the social network page, where you can interact with the plugins there (possibly after entering your login data).
You can revoke your consent at any time by deactivating the activated plugin again by clicking it, or by logging out of the social network and closing the website. However, the revocation has no effect on the data that has already been transferred to the social network.
The social networks listed below have concluded the "Privacy Shield" data protection agreement between the USA-EU and USA-Switzerland and are thus certified to ensure compliance with the data protection level applicable in Switzerland and the EU.

8.3 Use of YouTube Videos
NEUGEL DIVISIONS uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "YouTube," which belongs to Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only initiates the storage of user information when the video(s) are played. If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider "YouTube" uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to "YouTube," these are used, among other things, to record video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent abusive practices. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish for the association with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in displaying personalized advertising, market research, and/or demand-oriented design of its website. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
Regardless of the playback of the embedded videos, a connection to the Google network "DoubleClick" is established each time this website is accessed, which can trigger further data processing operations without our influence.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the "Privacy Shield" data protection agreement between the USA-EU and USA-Switzerland, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in Switzerland and the EU.
Further information on data protection at "YouTube" can be found in the provider's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
9) Children as users of the websites
As a matter of principle, we do not knowingly collect personal data about children and adolescents under 16 years of age. Should we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal data about children and adolescents under 16 years of age, we will take steps to delete this information as soon as possible, unless we are obliged to retain it under applicable law.
If we know that a child is over 16 years old but is considered a minor under applicable law, we will obtain the consent of the parents/guardians before using the child's personal data.
10) Storage period
NEUGEL DIVISIONS retains personal data only as long as is deemed necessary to comply with applicable laws and to protect our rights (statutory retention periods, e.g. commercial and tax law retention periods) or as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In particular, NEUGEL DIVISIONS stores personal data collected from customers, observing the following periods, and then deletes it, unless there are legal or operational retention obligations/reasons to the contrary, or we have previously informed you about different storage periods:
- Data collected during a purchase in the online shop is generally stored for 10 years after the last processing operation for accounting reasons;
- Data from correspondence, for example via the contact form, is stored for six weeks after the last processing operation and then deleted;
- Applicant data is deleted after 6 months in case of rejection. If the applicant has consented to further storage of the personal data, the data will be stored in our systems and deleted after two years at the latest. If an applicant gets a job, the data is transferred to a human resources information system.
- Personal data collected by NEUGEL DIVISIONS for marketing measures or web analyses will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and in any case after the expiry of the legally prescribed maximum retention period. As a rule, deletion takes place one month after collection.
- Data collected for the provision of the website is deleted when the respective session ends. In the case of data storage in log files, this is the case after one month at the latest.
11) Storage location and international transfer of your personal data
NEUGEL DIVISIONS stores and processes your personal data in Switzerland.
However, there will also be cases in which NEUGEL DIVISIONS will have to transfer your personal data within the European Union (EU), where an adequate level of data protection applies, or outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") to a country that does not guarantee the same level of data protection as the country in which you generally use our products and/or services. If the personal data that you provide when registering a NEUGEL DIVISIONS account or in connection with the NEUGEL DIVISIONS website is processed outside the European Union or the EEA, we will take appropriate steps to ensure the adequate protection of your personal data.
If the level of data protection in a country does not correspond to that in Switzerland, we will contractually ensure that the protection of your personal data always corresponds to that in Switzerland. We ensure this by one or more of the following measures:
- by concluding EU Model Clauses with the commissioned service providers, cf. https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/data-transfers-outside-eu/model-contracts-transfer-personal-data-third-countries_de
- by ensuring that the commissioned service providers are Swiss-US or EU-US Privacy Shield certified (if the data recipient is based in the USA or stores the data there), cf. https://www.privacyshield.gov/
- by the existence of Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) recognized by a European data protection authority at the commissioned service providers, cf. https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/data-transfers-outside-eu/binding-corporate-rules_en.
12) Right to access, amend and delete your personal data
NEUGEL DIVISIONS has implemented mechanisms so that you can exercise your legal rights regarding your personal data.
Upon receipt of your request to the controller (see Section 1 above) and sufficient information to confirm your identity, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we hold about you for which you have a legal right to information. In addition, we will inform you about the purposes for which this personal data is used, the recipients of your personal data and the origin of the information.
You can contact NEUGEL DIVISIONS in writing at any time to request changes to certain personal data that you consider to be incorrect or irrelevant, or to ask us to block, delete or otherwise remove your personal data in accordance with applicable law. We will update, block, delete or remove your personal data upon request in accordance with applicable law.
You also have the option to withdraw your consents to the relevant marketing activities and marketing communications that you have consented to with NEUGEL DIVISIONS. The marketing communications contain a simple way to unsubscribe from receiving further communications in the future, such as a link through which you can unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe according to the information in the respective communication you received via a specific channel or via the settings of your NEUGEL DIVISIONS customer account. Alternatively, you can also contact us directly using the contact details provided.
Please note that even after your request to block or delete your personal data, we may have to retain some of it within the framework of our legal or contractual retention obligations (e.g. for billing purposes) and in this case will only block your personal data as far as necessary for this purpose. Furthermore, deleting your personal data may mean that you can no longer continue to receive or use the services you have registered for. Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have us transfer your personal data to you or a third party specified by you in a common format.
